2) Sweepstakes begins at 11:59 p.m. CT on June 9, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on Sept 30, 2008. Sweepstakes is open to any individual age 18 or older as of Sept 30, 2008.
3). Entries which are manipulated, altered, incomplete, tampered with, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void.
4) Grand Prize: A seven night stay at one unit from POURLAMOR.COM Beachside Rentals. Taxes, fees and all other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner.
5) RESTRICTIONS: Each entrant is eligible to participate only once per day, and no more than one person may participate using the same email address. Sponsors and Explorer Interactive, are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connection failure. Sponsors and Explorer Interactive are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Sweepstakes, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, including data entered by contestants. Sponsors and Explorer Interactive reserve the right to discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time, in which event, only entries received prior that date will be considered.
